The Rwanda National Police is investigating Chinese-made HOWO trucks after they were involved in multiple fatal accidents.
The revelation was made in parliament on Tuesday, November 29, as the RNP answered Senate questions about road safety.
At least 15 HOWO trucks have been involved in fatal accidents since January this year, George Rumanzi, the Commissioner of Police in charge of operations and public order told the Senate Committee on Foreign Affairs and Security.
